Hi, My name is AJ Williams and I am the founder and lead inspector of Lion Guard Home Inspections. Being a family man myself I know how important a quality home inspection can be. There are many critical questions we all have when purchasing a property or home.

One alarming fact for home buyer's in Ohio is that a home inspector is not required to obtain any kind of license with the exception of radon testing. This is why it is so important to verify that your inspector is a fully qualified professional through a third party organization. We are proud to say that we are certified through both InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and HSTI (HomeSpection Training Institute). Purchasing real estate can sometimes be a difficult task, getting it inspected shouldn't be. We believe that the easiest way to make the real estate transaction smooth and simple is by performing the inspection the correct way the first time. Our extensive inspections will typically take about 3 hours to complete and we encourage our clients to be present during the inspection if possible. It is a great time to gain first hand knowledge of the components and fixtures in the home.
